Recruitment & Hiring
Create and manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
Conduct reference checks and prepare employment documents.
Oversee onboarding, including IT setup and system access.
Employee Relations
Act as primary contact for HR inquiries and support managers with performance issues.
Assist with workplace investigations and ensure policy compliance.
Performance Management
Manage performance review cycles and goal tracking in Lattice.
Support feedback processes and administer PIPs.
Benefits Administration
Handle benefits enrollment, changes, and leave requests.
Guide employees on benefits and maintain compliance.
Compliance & Policy
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure legal/regulatory compliance.
Oversee policy updates and acknowledgements.
Payroll & Compensation
Coordinate payroll changes, bonuses, and deductions.
Manage terminations and final pay processing.
Training & Development
Organize onboarding and compliance training.
Track completion and support recognition programs.
Offboarding
Manage resignation/termination checklists, exit interviews, and asset recovery.
Additional
Coordinate employee recognition, handle employment-related mailings, and track jury duty documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4–7 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or manager role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as TriNet, Lattice, KnowBe4, and Expensify.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
