Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Agent/Engineer to ensure the successful delivery of a confidential project in Memphis, TN. This role is critical to validating that all building systems perform as intended, meet design specifications, and comply with safety and sustainability standards.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems.
Review design documents and equipment submittals for compliance with project requirements.
Conduct functional performance testing and document results with precision.
Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to resolve deficiencies promptly.
Prepare detailed commissioning reports and provide recommendations for system optimization.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout the commissioning process.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience).
3–5 years of commissioning or building systems engineering experience.
Strong knowledge of ASHRAE commissioning guidelines and LEED requirements.
Expertise in HVAC, electrical, and control systems.
Exceptional project management skills including communication and documentation.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with energy modeling and sustainability practices.
Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS).
Professional certifications such as CxA or PE are highly desirable.
