Job Description
An employer in the Dayton, OH, area is seeking a TS/SCI Software Engineer (AFSIM) for a contract to hire opportunity. This individual will be responsible but not limited to the following: will join a growing team that supports programs that will focus on space, counter space, and intelligence and will support various modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A). These teams will be evaluating the mission performance of various military systems. This position will specifically focus on the development and analysis of models and simulations utilizing the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM) Framework. This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and will be required to sit on site 5 days/week.

Required Skills & Experience
Active TS/SCI Security clearance
Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of experience in lieu of
2+ years of experience in software engineering (OOP)
AFSIM experience (scenario development, plugin development, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Master's Degree
