Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of transmission-related projects associated with U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) loans. This role supports the Grant Submittal Manager, Grant Compliance Manager, and EDF Contract Manager in managing loan applications, operations, and compliance efforts.
The Project Manager will coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and track progress to ensure timely completion of loan applications, eligibility reviews, and compliance requirements. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to foster collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of project management experience, ideally in electric utility transmission, federal funding applications, or compliance.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Master’s degree and PMP certification preferred.
