Job Description

A Cincinnati EPC company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to lead interactive planning sessions with clients and manage scheduling for large-scale projects in the Life Sciences sector. The typical scope includes progressing from preliminary design through concept and detailed design, followed by procurement. Many of these programs are large-scale, often consisting of multiple buildings within a campus and carrying multi-billion-dollar budgets. Client engagement is a critical part of the process, with weekly or biweekly meetings scheduled to review progress and discuss upcoming tasks. These sessions help maintain alignment and ensure that both the client and the project team are looking ahead effectively. Responsibilities include:

-Lead interactive planning sessions with clients and internal teams.
-Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for large-scale projects
-Perform technical schedule analysis, including critical path and risk assessments.
-Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles for performance tracking.
-Utilize Last Planner System for collaborative scheduling.
-Provide scheduling insights to support cost control and project execution strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years planning/scheduling experience on large capital projects (1b+)
• EPCM or EPC experience
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Expertise in critical path analysis and scheduling technical reviews.
- EVM experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience in Life Sciences projects
• Cost management exposure
• Familiarity with Last Planner System
• Ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Microsoft project
