Job Description
Insight Global is currently seeking a Lathe Operator for a direct-hire opportunity in Concord Township OH. The pay for this position starts a $26+ per hour. The Lathe Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC and manual lathe machines to produce high-precision components in accordance with engineering specifications. This role involves loading raw materials, programming machinery using G and M codes, and interpreting blueprints to ensure accurate part production. The operator will also perform quality checks using inspection equipment to confirm that all parts meet required standards.

Required Skills & Experience
• G & M coding experience
• 2+ years of lathe operation experience - can include some milling exp
Ability to read + interpret engineering drawling and specifications
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Omniturn or Swiss Lath experience
