Job Description
An employer is seeking an Electro- Mechanical Technician to join their 12-person team. This individual will be working on 2nd shift (2:15pm-10:30pm) This candidate will be supporting their plant operations team and will support their packaging operations. This candidate will be working on filling equipment on the production line to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues. This individual will work closely with the plant operations team to support various facility improvements as well as conducting preventative maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate would have previous experience with HVAC, electrical and mechanical experience, experience troubleshooting PLC and exposure to Allen Bradley. This individual must be reliable, possess a strong work ethic and have a background in the electro-mechanical field. They will also be responsible for leading the line and communicating with the temporary work force and documenting shift turnover notes. Accuracy is absolutely critical in this role to ensure operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience as an Electro-Mechanical Technician
Preventative maintenance and repairs experience
Electrical troubleshooting up to 120 volts
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Associates or Trade School or Certification
Troubleshooting PLCs (Ladder Logic - Allen Bradley)
SAP or ERP system familiarity
Filling equipment experience (i.e. rotary)
