Job Description

As a Senior Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for financial advisors on our annuity sales team. You’ll play an important role in case design, understanding our holistic planning process, and providing Gold Star service. If you’re passionate about finance and want to grow in the industry, we’re looking for someone like you.

Responsibilities include:
- Partner with advisors to create annuity case designs using the Bucket Plan Best Interest framework.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors by providing timely updates, product insights, and personalized support to help them grow their annuity business.
- Serve as a trusted resource and point of contact for advisors, proactively anticipating their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Make proactive sales calls to share planning concepts and identify sales opportunities.
- Drive sales of our core distribution partners.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5+ years of experience in annuity case design or sales (life insurance and investment experience is a bonus!).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience.
- Insurance license
