Job Description

The Maintenance Manager oversees preventive and reactive maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance of manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include managing PM schedules, coordinating repairs, maintaining spare parts inventory, and supervising maintenance technicians. This role requires flexibility to work 40+ hours per week, including rare weekends, and reports directly to the Plant Manager. This is for equipment maintenance along with facilities maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience

• High School or Vocational School Diploma
• Previous maintenance management or supervisory experience – 5 years at least
- At least 10 years in industrial maintenance
• Technician-level expertise in electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics
