An employer is seeking a Mid-Level Developer for a hybrid role in Cincinnati. This person will join a growing healthcare technology initiative focused on transforming data and reporting capabilities within the PBM space. This hybrid role offers the chance to work on meaningful healthcare solutions while helping shape the future of the team and technology stack.
🛠 What You’ll Do
Support the transition from legacy systems to Power BI and Power Apps for formulary data management and reporting.
Help finalize the buildout of a structured database and reporting framework (initial development is largely complete).
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity, usability, and scalability across healthcare analytics.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of Software Engineer experience with Java, Springboot, SQL, Azure
Experience with PowerApps/Power Platform, PowerBI
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Healthcare experience
