Job Description

A retail employer in the Cincinnati area is seeking a Mechanical HVAC Engineer to lead the development and maintenance of mechanical design standards, drawings, and installation requirements. This role ensures that architects, engineers, and vendors apply these standards consistently and effectively. The engineer will collaborate with division facility engineering teams to resolve mechanical challenges impacting operations, efficiency, and customer experience. The position also involves reviewing and implementing new HVAC, lighting, and control technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation. This position requires up to 25% travel.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of HVAC Engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Construction Engineering
Knowledge of all building mechanical and control systems
AutoCAD 2D experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Ability to travel up to 25%
