Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remote, preferably located in the following locations: Allan, TX; Greater Salem, NH; Rhode Island; Cleveland, OH; St. Petersburg, FL; Loveland, CO. This person will be providing support on requisitions to the team. This person will be expected to effectively screen and present strong candidates to ultimately fill the current openings for hiring managers. This individual should have a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and a positive attitude to bring to the organization.
$40-45/hr

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of work experience in recruiting/talent acquisition
• 6 months-1 year of Workday experience (Workday scheduling is ideal)
• Effective communicator with internal team members and candidates
• Strong work ethic

• Medical device background
• Manufacturing industry experience
