Insight Global is looking for an EPIC Billing Analyst to assist with a system upgrade for one of our healthcare customers. This person will be responsible for an overhaul of the Billing and Benefits systems. This is a highly technical, hands-on-keyboard role to create new build for claims denials and payments between the payer, provider, and patient.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in an enterprise level health system (Stanford, Mayo Clinic, Advocate Health)
- EPIC Resolute Professional Billing Certification and/or EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing Certification
- 5+ years’ experience supporting Epic implementations or upgrades across HB, PB, HIM, or Ambulatory modules.
- Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations and clinical workflows
- Perform system builds, testing, and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve revenue cycle performance.
