Job Description
One of Insight Global's top property management companies is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead the upkeep and functionality of Apartment complex. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, especially with HVAC systems, and who can seamlessly coordinate with vendors and communicate clearly across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Hands-On Maintenance:
Perform minor repairs and routine upkeep when units are being turned
Take lead on HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and compliance
Vendor Coordination:
Source, schedule, and oversee third-party contractors and service providers
Ensure quality control and timely completion of outsourced work
Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements
Operational Efficiency:
Provide clear updates to property managers and residents regarding work status
Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment

Required Skills & Experience
HVAC Certification(s) (universal EPA or 608 certs are preferred)
3+ years of experience as a hands-on maintenance technician in a commercial or residential environment (facilities maintenance applicable as well)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
THIS POSITION REQUIRES DRIVING A COMPANY CAR AND WILL REQUIRE CANDIDATES TO UNDERGO AN MVR
