Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Specialist with deep expertise in the Project Accounting module and working knowledge of Project Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Inventory modules. This role will serve as a liaison between project teams and operations, ensuring seamless integration and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary Oracle EBS expert for the Project Accounting module.
Support and enhance functionalities in Project Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Inventory modules.
Collaborate with project managers, operations teams, and finance to align system capabilities with business needs.
Translate business requirements into Oracle EBS configurations and solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across modules, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
Develop and execute test plans, training materials, and documentation for end users.
Assist in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning as needed.
Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience with Oracle EBS Project Accounting.
Working knowledge of Project Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Inventory modules.
Ability to work across departments and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Oracle EBS version 12.2.9 or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Plusses):

Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
Experience in business process mapping and documentation.
Familiarity with Oracle workflows and concurrent programs.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary: $58,370 USD
