Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Facilities Condition Assessment Specialist to join the team of one of their largest local clients. This individual will be working as a contract to hire employee and will work alongside the planning and designing team. Within their day-to-day operations, this individual will be overseeing the process of how physical condition of the clients' facilities is being taken care of. The also will be identifying maintenance needs, and planning for future upgrades. They will be taking these findings and creating a comprehensive report detailing how the facilities are doing, what they need to be fixed, and the cost behind those fixes. This person will be making an immediate and tremendous impact to the client and will be collaborating with various team members from various departments.

10+ years of experience in Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Architecture Engineering, or Facilities Management
Understanding construction documents prepared by design professionals
Data Analytics experience
Experience within construction estimating
