IT Governance Analyst

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mature the Configuration Management Governance framework across infrastructure and application platforms.
• Oversee annual baseline reviews, new baseline requests, updates, exceptions, and exclusions.
• Ensure Cybersecurity reviews include actual baseline settings and confirmations—not just vulnerability scan results.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Risk, and Audit teams to ensure compliance with FFIEC, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOX, and Basel standards.
• Develop and enforce policies for CM lifecycle management, including drift detection and remediation.
• Facilitate governance reviews and reporting using tools like ServiceNow, SailPoint, and Qualys.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Lead training and enablement efforts across teams to promote CM best practices.
