Job Description

• Own the development and maintenance of integrated program and project milestone plans, including change management and communication/coordination with other business functions.
• Strong focus on building and management of key cross functional relationships to ensure successful partnership and open communication between GF PMO and all internal teams
• Facilitate cross functional meetings to address issues and drive to project milestones
• Identify and track RAID items. Escalate to NA Infrastructure leadership as needed
• Support cross functional partners to meet project milestones

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field with a minimum of 4+ years in a management role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
• You are a sharp strategic thinker and a thought partner for leaders.
• Solve problems by quickly getting to the core of an issue. through investigation, quant analysis, insights, and ultimately to action.
• Leadership presence is your super power; you enroll the organization in your project(s) and effectively build relationships.
• Strong critical thinking, logical structuring, attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills
• Demonstrated executive-level presence with a proven ability to collaborate with and influence peers, colleagues, and leadership
• Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets

pay range: 60-75hr
