Position Overview:
Insight Global is seeking an IT Director of Financial Applications for one of our largest clients in Downtown Cleveland. This role is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and executing company-wide technology strategies, particularly in financial systems and SaaS platforms. The individual will lead multiple teams, both onshore and offshore and initiatives, translating broad business goals into actionable, cross-functional objectives. They will be accountable for talent strategy, including hiring, development, and succession planning, while fostering a culture of integrity, and inclusion. The role demands strategic vision, financial oversight, and the ability to solve complex, abstract business problems. It also involves frequent collaboration with executive leadership, influencing policy and decision-making at the highest levels. Recognized as a key organizational leader, this director plays a pivotal role in driving innovation, mitigating risk, and positioning the company for long-term success.
Salary: 150k-200k

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in the Information Technology (IT) field, business administration, or information systems. In lieu of a degree, at least 12 years of experience in analytics, business or IT.
• 9+ years of experience in analytics, business or IT
• 5+ years of experience managing direct reports
o Finance IT leadership
• Experience in IT-related analytics
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
• Experience with Finance ERP applications
