Job Description

A Case Aide Generalist provides essential administrative support to case management within Child Welfare, enabling social workers to focus on children and families. This role involves timely and high-quality completion of tickets through various administrative tasks. Clear and proactive communication with case workers and all involved parties is essential, demonstrating trust, credibility and support ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
