5+ years of experience in program management, instructional design, or operations leadership in a regulated industry (aviation or safety-sensitive fields preferred).
Proven ability to lead complex projects and manage competing priorities under tight timelines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
