Intune Engineer

We are starting an Intune Autopilot/Win11 Service Validation engagement next week with a Microsoft services partner who will assist drive the Microsoft Autopilot/Win11 project effort to completion.
We previously completed Intune design based on Hybrid join architecture however Microsoft is recommending we change the design to Azure Pure design.
Project start is scheduled for next week.

Key Responsibilities:
Intune Autopilot Deployment:
o Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Intune Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning.
o Develop deployment profiles and troubleshoot enrollment issues.
o Ensure compatibility of hardware and software in the Autopilot workflow.
Windows 11 In-Place Upgrade:
o Lead the upgrade strategy for migrating workstations to Windows 11 using Intune.
o Assess application compatibility, security policies, and system requirements.
o Automate deployment processes to minimize user disruption.
Endpoint Configuration & Management:
o Remediate Endpoint/SCCM clients not showing up in Intune
o Manage device compliance policies, conditional access, and security baselines in Intune.
o Monitor Windows Update policies to ensure timely patching and feature updates.
o Provide advanced troubleshooting for endpoint-related issues.
Process Optimization, Documentation, and Support Staff Training:
o Develop technical documentation and user guides for deployment and troubleshooting.
o Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to align upgrade efforts with business needs.
o Implement best practices for endpoint management and security in enterprise environments.
