Shift:
- 1st shift = 6:30am 2:30pm 3 open (70/30 split)
- 2nd shift = 2:30pm 10:30pm 2
** they work every 3rd weekend. Weekend shifts start after training which lasts 2-3 months**

Bill Rate: $43/hr.
Pay Rate: $20-24/hr.
**** we have locked up 10+ starts with the team and spread ranges from $770 $580 depending on pay rate lock down***
Must Haves:
- Registered/licensed pharmacy technician in the state of Ohio
- Pharmcy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA)
Pluses:
- Inpatient / hospital pharmacy technician experience
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inpatient Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining drug inventory, and managing patient records. This role requires working under the supervision of a registered pharmacist and adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Medication Preparation and Distribution: Accurately prepare and distribute medications to patients as prescribed, ensuring proper dosage and labeling.
Inventory Management: Maintain and manage the drug inventory, including counting, sorting, and labeling medications and supplies.
Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Pharmacy Layout and Storage: Assist with the reorganization of pharmacy layout and storage areas to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Manual Labor Tasks: Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, moving, and setting up equipment and shelving.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines during pharmacy operations and transitions.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a smooth transition and minimize disruption to services during reorganization.
