Job Description

PAY RATE RANGE IS 20-25/hr.
We are seeking a high-performing Portfolio & Program Manager to support our Enterprise Program Management Office. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to get things done. Youll serve as the right hand to our EPMO leadership team, helping to shape and run our portfolio processes, manage complex programs, and support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
This is not a coordination-only role were looking for a builder and a doer who brings strong business judgment, technical fluency, and a proven ability to drive both strategic planning and operational execution.

Required Skills & Experience

What Were Looking For
5+ years in program or portfolio management roles, ideally in transformation or technology-enabled environments.
Experience standing up new processes from scratch from intake to implementation.
Strong business and IT acumen you understand systems and operations and can bridge between stakeholders.
Exceptional analytical skills can build and review business cases, perform gap analysis, and structure problems clearly.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and priorities in fast-paced environments.
Strong communicator, collaborator, and self-starter you know how to take initiative and follow through.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Tools & Platforms
Proficient with project/portfolio tools such as Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and optionally Power BI.
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise systems is a plus.
