Job Description

Job Summary
The Program Manager will oversee the replacement of UKG Workforce Central (WFC) Time and Attendance systems from June 2025 to April 2027, reporting directly to the IT PTL Product Owner and representing Eaton's interests.
Daily activities will involve collaborating with the 3rd party vendor, Eaton's Payroll, Time, and Labor Operational team (part of Global Finance Shared Services (GFSS)), and Eaton's internal IT PTL team.
The program aims to replace all Eaton WFC applications with UKG Dimensions (Cloud solution) or an alternative Time & Attendance solution by March 2027.
Job Responsibilities
Communicate progress to the IT PTL Product Owner and IT Enterprise Services Manager
Manage communications across the entire program, including running regular stakeholder meetings and quarterly Executive Steering committees
Track 3rd party vendors' work against the agreed Statement of Work (SoW), ensuring adherence to the schedule and scope for each migration wave
Track and report the financials of the program
Manage risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies, and clearly articulate these to stakeholders
Ensure the correct resources are allocated to the program, with support from the PTL Product Owner
Track and report on different testing phases
Monitor Organizational Change Management (OCM) and training activities

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Program Management training
5+ years of IT Program Management experience
Experience leading a program costing over $1m and extending over 1 year
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum framework
General understanding of DevSecOps principles
Familiarity with modern software development principles (code management, test automation, APIs, microservices, cloud services)
Knowledge of integration services, Time & Attendance systems, and payroll systems (desirable)
Self-motivated with the ability to propel a program forward
Adept communication and presentation skills
Highly organized
Patience and empathy when conveying new information
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences
Effective listening skills with the intention of understanding
Powerful negotiation skills
Multiple languages preferred but not essential
