A client in the Transportation is looking for a Contract Specialist to join their team for a 6+ month opportunity. The client has 600 independent locations, each with its own processes and workflows. To bring cohesion and efficiency, they are embarking on an initiative to establish standardized processes and workflows that can be implemented across the organization. This effort involves a comprehensive review of existing contracts, identifying discrepancies, conducting detailed analyses, and developing actionable recommendations to support the revenue team. Mainly they will be looking for revenue leakage and risk. The ideal consultant should be well versed with excel, able collect data and make sense of that data, communicate their findings to various employee levels, etc.

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in contract analysis.
Proficiency in reviewing billing and invoicing details to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis using Excel.
Ability to interpret and articulate contract language to stakeholders at various levels.
Proven capability to drive organizational change and foster alignment.
Expertise in identifying and addressing gaps in deliverables to improve outcomes.
Experience with change management, in any capacity
Experience in the transportation industry
