We are seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead customer service, raw material planning, and finished goods planning within our expanding food ingredient business. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and accurate, timely inventory planning. As a cross-functional leader, the Supply Chain Manager will drive strategic improvements and efficiencies across the supply chain while collaborating closely with commercial, manufacturing, and quality control teams to support operational excellence and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the customer service team to foster a proactive, solution-oriented culture that enhances customer satisfaction and ensures on-time performance.
Oversee raw material and finished goods planning to ensure adequate inventory levels that align with customer demand.
Manage inventory to minimize excess, obsolete, and slow-moving items.
Utilize Oracle ERP to execute and enhance planning activities, improving overall supply chain efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, procurement, and logistics to streamline supply chain processes.
Monitor and ensure high supplier performance, managing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Analyze data and supply chain trends to drive cost reduction, efficiency gains, and business scalability.
Ensure regulatory compliance with trade and logistics standards, including a solid understanding of Incoterms.
Report and monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, customer service levels, revenue tracking, and forecast accuracy.

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Expertise in ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, customer service, or materials management.
Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving operational improvements.
Comprehensive understanding of supply chain functions and best practices, particularly in the food or ingredient sectors.
Knowledge of Incoterms and global logistics practices.
