An Insight Global customer is looking to hire an IT Super User for a new customer site in Etna, OH. This person will be the onsite point of contact for the clients customer warehouse facility. This role is essential in the success of day-to-day operations in the facility. This person will work 100% onsite and be the onsite tier 1 support for anything technology related, including hardware related items such as printers, computers, and warehouse devices such as RF Scanners, etc. The shift for this role is 40-50 hours a week in a flexible time frame of 10am-7pm M-F, with some OT and weekends.
Compensation:
$27/hr to $31/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
