Job Description
A major client of Insight Global is seeking a Lead .NET developer in the Dublin, OH area. This team will be joining an existing group of developers responsible for decommissioning legacy applications and building out a new, modern .NET environment. This role will be decommissioning the legacy MuleSoft environment as well as building out a monolithic application that uses microservices and deploys to the cloud. The lead will take design and architecture from the architecture team and help drive and lead development for the team. The ideal candidate will have experience with optimizing on prem databases like SQL Server and ideally experience migrating on prem to a MongoDB or DynamoDB database environment.

Required Skills & Experience
7-10+ years of experience with .NET/C# development in an enterprise setting
Hands on experience as a technical lead or senior mentoring other developers and leading/driving development
Hands on experience developing microservices in a .NET environment
Experience working in AWS environments including deploying to the cloud
Hands on experience with SQL Server
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with NoSQL databases including MongoDB or DynamoDB
Experience building out CI/CD pipelines
Eager mindset when it comes to learning new technologies and skills
