A client of Insight Global is looking to bring an enterprise level architect on to help accomplish some overdue initiatives. This person will be coming in to help with their application portfolio management process. There are currently 4 different versions of the application portfolio and need to get to 1 version. Once down to 1, will then determine what percentage of capabilities are represented by the portfolio and build KPIs and wrap a set of metrics around it. This person will be helping to gather all the data points to fill in our application inventory, which will then become the foundation for the application portfolio management process. The position would start with gathering data, identifying all of the attributes to be collected, determining critical vs. non critical apps and then helping to rationalize the portfolio and wrap a set of metrics and KPIs around it to help them manage it too.

Strong experience in enterprise architecture, at least 3 years
Experience rationalizing portfolios and building a set of KPIS around it
Can help bring strategy and ideas to the table and how to be efficient- help identify critical vs noncritical apps
