Job Description

The Program Manager lead will lead and manage the evergreen team that is made up of 2 leads and 4 project engineers.

Their duties will include
- Primary Source of coordination with client stakeholders
- Lead the team
- Process improvement
- Training
- Run twice a week meeting on the new studies
- Weekly meeting with stakeholders to give updates
- Ensure the kickoff milestones for each project are complete per procedure
- Ensure coordination of team members and study contractors are lively
- Escalate issues as appropriate

5+ Project management experience
Presentation skills
Management experience
Experience managing a program
Great communication skills as you will be interfacing with customers
Go getter personality
Technologically savvy
