Job Description

Insight Global is currently seeking a highly motivated Continuous Improvement Engineer who will be responsible for driving the improvement of manufacturing and production processes. The ideal candidate will utilize lean manufacturing principles and other advanced improvement concepts to optimize operational efficiency. As a Continuous Improvement Engineer you will be responsible for analyzing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness within an organization. This role involves using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineer.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related field.
- Demonstrated experience in working with operations to enable cost savings and product quality improvement.
- Proven experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading improvement initiatives.
- Experience with products through the full product lifecycle.
- Experience with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Experience with Manufacturing scale up processes.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
