Sales Support Specialist

This critical role lives within Revenue Operations Technology organization. The Inside Support Specialist will support meaningful sales functions on behalf of our North American sales team members. This person has a strong bias for action, excellent sales skills, and strong attention to detail. They have a proven track record of keeping an opportunity pipeline current. The Inside Support Specialist shepherds the customer through the sales process on behalf of field-based sales resources, ensuring that the correct details are added to the Salesforce opportunity pipeline, customers receive timely and accurate agreements, and post-close processes are properly documented.

Experience:
3+ years of experience in sales support or inside sales role
CRM and opportunity management experience required
Technical background including system configuration or system administration related to technology platforms preferred
Familiarity with pipeline review discussions

pay rate: $35/hr.
