A technology company is seeking a Test Lead to join a small yet scrappy team to define a more formalized testing process for a new AI Application that will support the Sales and Marketing departments.
Day to Day role:
Test Planning & Execution:
o Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
o Drive end-to-end testing activities, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
o Collaborate with the development and QA teams to identify test requirements and ensure robust coverage.
Project Management Support:
o Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project tasks and deliverables.
o Utilize Agile methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and ensure project milestones are met.
o Leverage JIRA for project tracking, issue resolution, and progress reporting.
Team Collaboration & Communication:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for testing and project updates.
o Facilitate regular status meetings and provide detailed progress reports.
o Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and implementing best practices.

Proven experience in test planning, execution, and quality assurance.
Strong background in project management within an Agile environment.
Proficient in using JIRA for project and issue tracking.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Experience working on AI-driven projects, particularly in sales and marketing applications.
Familiarity with modern testing tools and methodologies.
