Insight Global is seeking a motivated Director of Quality to lead a customers quality assurance team and ensure their product meets the highest standard of quality and performance. The ideal candidate will have a background within quality management with a strong understanding of Department of Defense industry standards. Key responsibilities will include developing and overseeing quality assurance strategies, conducting audits and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or Chemistry
- 7 to 10 years leading a Quality Team to achieve quality objectives and compliance standards
- Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience working with the contractual requirements set forth by the Department of Defense (DOD)
- Quality Management Standards Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise and familiarity with ISO-9001 Quality Management Standards
- Proficient in conducting statistical analysis utilizing software tools such as Minitab, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables), to analyze data and identify trends, ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
- A relevant 4-year degree or certification as an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Manager (CQM), along with applicable experience in the field.
- Completion of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Greenbelt training or certification.
- Experience in ballistic production and testing processes is highly desirable.
