Job Description

A large chemical manufacturing client of Insight Global is seeking a Lead Chemical Plant Operator to join their site in Cambridge, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for delegating the schedule to chemical operators, documenting incoming truck loads, counting and reporting inventory, and enforcing safety and accountability across the plant. You will also be the point of contact for all communication with electro-mechanics, as well as truck drivers. The established pay rate for this position is $25-27/hr, based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

· Experience with fluid dynamics
Ability to look at piping valves and pressure/flow of fluid to determine hazards
· 5-8 years of experience in chemical operations
· Experience working in a plant environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Experience in the oil and gas industry
