Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and other executive leaders in the team. This role requires a blend of analytical and interpersonal skills to provide comprehensive administrative support and contribute to the overall efficiency of our business operations.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong experience within Administrative Support (Manage calendars, set appointments, screen and prioritize communication, coordinate logistics and travel)
- Proven track record of strong Communication Management and act as the liaison between executives
- Experience maintaining and overseeing office supply inventory
- Capability to assist with the coordination of special project and initiatives assigned by executives.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry
- Experience supporting C-level executives
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
