Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant for one of our legal clients in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our client is a smaller law firm that provides assistance to individuals throughout Cincinnati with criminal defense and family law matters. The administrative assistant will report to the owner of the firm but will be responsible for supporting all team members. This role will be Monday through Friday, on site in Sharonville, from 8am-5pm EST.
Responsibilities include:
- General office management including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings and appointments, calendar management, etc.
- Producing and distributing memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Creating and maintaining an organized filing system for documents, ensuring that files are correctly named, categorized, and archived
- Keeping track of supplies and placing orders with vendors when needed
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or office manager
Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelors Degree or related work experience
Prior experience working in a law firm
