An employer in the Dayton, OH area is seeking a Top Secret Software Developer for a contract to hire opportunity. This individual will be responsible for developing applications on the backend. This individual will learn new tools and techniques to identify and system improvements and overcome any challenges for clients by working alongside a team of developers in a fast past environment. This individual must be able to obtain a TS/SCI DoD clearance and sit on site 4 days/week.

Bachelor's Degree or 6 years in lieu of in related experience
Active Top Secret security DoD clearance
3+ years of software engineering experience (C++, C# or Java)
Experience with python (application development or scripting)
