A client in the Cincinnati, OH area is looking for a Governance BA to join their team. This role will be a fluid hybrid schedule, with typically two days onsite. This individual will be the right-hand person to the VP of Transformation. The client had a third-party firm help stand up their transformation office, and this individual will work alongside that third party until December 1st, and then will help take over everything after the third party is offboarded. The main responsibility of the governance BA will be working on steering committee decks, board level decks, coordination of slides/presentations, etc. They should have experience working on large deals regarding acquisitions, very intricate projects where initiatives are up in the air, and you must take the transformation day by day. Board meetings happen twice a month, and then there will be the occasional other decks that will need to be made.
