Insight Global is seeking a Claims Specialist for one of our clients who is in health insurance industry. This role would require to be onsite in Cincinnati from 9-5 and would be a 15 week contract. This specialist will be joining a small company that is a combination consultant, agency and third party administrator aimed at helping small businesses save on their health insurance plans
The claims specialist manages a queue of claims that will involve messaging, calling, or chatting customers to resolve their request. This role involves repetitive but detailed documentation along with customer interactions. To be successful in this role, the individual will be responsible for processing and adjudicating health insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements with a quick turnaround time.
