Insight Global is looking to hire a Production Associate to support a client in Berea, OH on a Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30PM shift. This person will be joining a manufacturing team responsible for creating/mixing liquid colors and paints that are utilized in their clients' products and materials. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Participate in daily team meetings to discuss daily actions, safety procedures, and assign tasks to complete on the day.
Verify that the right ingredients are delivered to the work area and gather the required ingredients for mixing, carefully weighing them to meet specific recipe specifications.
Provide cleaning and sanitary measures for equipment.
Adhere to corporate and industry safety policies.
Provide accurate support to Production Operators by supplying the necessary materials and ensuring all equipment remains operational.
Monitor the production process, promptly notifying appropriate personnel of any issues or concerns.
Safely and neatly processes materials by batching, screening, cutting, and packaging them to the correct size and container according to customer specifications.

Ability to obtain forklift and heavy machinery certification
Fork lift operator experience, manufacturing/maintenance experience, collaborative mindset/positive attitude for teamwork
