We are currently seeking a 3PL Logistics Coordinator to join one of our clients in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in domestic over the road freight logistics and will be adept at working with customers to provide accurate and timely rate estimates for truck load freight. As a Freight Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of freight via land to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main point-of-contact for top-tier customer accounts
Maintain and improve relationships with all current customers partners
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries on RFQs and order updates
Create orders based on sales quotes ensuring data is complete and accurate
Provide freight rates for different modes of transportation, based on current market conditions
Coordinate with various vendors on scheduling inbound and outbound shipments
Audit vendor invoices and assist in the preparation of monthly customer invoices, based upon pre-determined rates

-Experience working directly for a 3PL (third party logistics) company
-Proven experience in domestic over the road freight logistics including TL, FTL, LTL (Truck Load, Full truck load, Less than Truck load)
-Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide accurate rate estimates and address customer inquiries
-Proficiency in transportation management systems and software applications used in freight logistics
