Insight Global is looking for 2 Data Control Analysts. This an opportunity to work cross-functionally with nearly every team in the company to elevate the organization by achieving defined quality levels through an effective system design. As we advance our data and analytics capabilities, we want individuals interested in performing data quality profiling, measurement and reporting for data quality issue remediation for multiple areas. The Senior Data Control Analyst will understand data governance processes, the development of data policy, standards, and data controls and implementation, testing and monitoring and remediation of these data controls.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with internal teams and business partners, Audit, Compliance, Risk to ensure data controls are identified, implemented, tested, monitored and remediated for certified critical data elements (CDEs).
Works with business partners and risk to review existing controls to determine existence of Accuracy controls for CDEs.
Understand requirements for data controls for Accuracy and other Data Quality measures as appropriate.
Liaises with Data Governance, Data Management and Quality, Risk and Business Segments to communicate data control gaps and failures and consults on remediation.
Track and monitor the implementation of data controls across the organization and report on progress, findings and results.
Implements systematic data quality monitoring for both objective and subjective measures.
Reports findings and works proactively with data governance, data curators, business segment and Risk partners identify root cause and facilitate the remediation and improvement of data quality.
Contribute the creation of new processes and end-to-end design of various components within the Data Governance framework to assure Accuracy and other Data Quality Dimensions are appropriately measured and monitored.
Coordinates with data curators to ensure data accessibility and quality.
Contributes to management of central data stores and metadata to establish quality expectations.
Contribute to the design and development of metrics required for monitoring and tracking of Data Controls.
Pay Rate Range: 40-55/hr depending on experience
