Remote Recruiter

Insight Global is seeking a short term contract recruiter position, This person is going to be supporting a fortune 250 LDA (Leadership Development) program. This is an exciting program where candidates are taken through different rotations with goals of getting them into leadership roles. This person is going to be reviewing applications through an internal portal, then take them through interview processes. This candidate will handle the first round of interviews and pass along the well vetted candidates to the next or final round of interview. They will be supporting the IT and Engineering team. This person needs to be organized and understand recruitment processes.

Bachelors Degree
5+ years of recruitment experience
Well organized and experience taking candidates through onboarding process
Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles

Masters Degree
Manufacturing industry background

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
