Job Description

An employer is looking for a Technical Scheduler for a direct hire opportunity in downtown Cincinnati, OH. This candidate will be joining the IT Operations team and working on all applications that run throughout the organization. This individual will be responsible for application monitoring, programming, and scheduling work. They will be joining a small team that includes experienced individuals with programming. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining over large amounts of jobs. The position task breakdown includes :
60% Scheduling Request
20% Researching
10% problem solving
10% Projects

Required Skills & Experience

2-5 years of experience being a technical scheduler
Experience with ESP, CA-7, and OR Job Tracks
Experience monitoring job performance, handling failures, and providing detailed reports to stakeholders.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Programming experience
Experience with IBM Mainframe
