Job Description

Day-To-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager for one of our largest clients in Downtown Cleveland. This individual will be a part of the Product Delivery team, the Senior Project Manager role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality information systems-specific projects using Waterfall methodologies. As a mid-level professional with extensive knowledge and experience in project management principles and information systems leading practices, the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of various information systems projects. The incumbent in this role will be responsible for identifying project requirements, setting project objectives, and identifying project DT stakeholders. They will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization, including technical teams, business teams, application programmers, and leaders. The incumbent will coordinate work performed by DT stakeholders by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments and will work with the team to implement new project management tools and techniques. This role requires expertise in project management and information system methodologies. The incumbent will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will be responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to successfully complete projects.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Project Management, or in lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in the field of project management or Information Technology

* Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), or CAPM

* 4-6 years of experience in project management with a focus on information systems (ideally involving network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, and/or PC deployment)

* Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

* Experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

* In-depth knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence

* Experience working on projects that utilize shared enterprise systems that follow different release schedules.

Compensation: $90k-$120k

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
