PAY RATE RANGE IS 35-40/hr.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Huntington is seeking a candidate with a passionate focus on team partnership to provide optimal services and solutions in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a highly motivated self-starter, teamwork, and communication-oriented individual with strong accountability with attention to details. The Risk Specialist, Sr will focus on the operational and execution aspects of both the manual and cross-dependent automation processes necessary to ensure that reporting deadlines / service level agreements (SLAs) are met with accuracy and completeness.
Responsibilities to be performed with minimal management instruction/intervention once training completed and procedures are reviewed include:
o Develop, maintain, and produce reporting (e.g., compliance, status, metric visualizations) for risk committee materials and senior management transparency.
o Write and maintain standard operating procedures and process maps for Risk Center of Excellence (COE) Procedures.
o Educate and assist Metric Owners that provide metric actual results and key messaging.
o Calculation and/or entry of metric results into the Enterprise Risk Management System (ERMS).
o Provide excellent service and collaboration to our stakeholder/partners across the organization.
o Develops and maintains strong working relationships with risk partners and metric owners through continuous and proactive communications related to risk metrics and finding extension coordination.
o Maintain Azure DevOp (ADO) story card wall and participate in daily CoE team stand-up meetings to ensure accountability and communicate progress &/or roadblocks.
