An employer is seeking a Graduate Programs Recruiter in the Cincinnati, OH area. This person will be joining the team within the Design, Art, and Architecture College. They will be working as a part time contract employee to recruit individuals for their Graduate programs. This individual will be responsible for answering any student questions, highlighting the programs within the organization, as well as explaining the opportunities to these candidates. There will be a weekly cadence with the Program Directors that they are working with to report back on any and all traction to attaining new graduate students. This individual is responsible for the entire recruiting process from the initial phone call up until they are extended an acceptance letter. For this opportunity, this person needs to have incredible communication skills and the ability and desire to grow and learn with the organization.

Bachelor's degree of 5+ years of relevant work experience (client would prefer a Marketing/Communications degree but is open!)
1+ years of experience as a recruiter
Knowledge of any software system for recruiting tracking (they use SLATE and would prefer this, but any system is great!)
Incredible communication skills
Higher education background
