Job Description

Seeking an HR Generalist who thrives in an environment where they build strong relationships by understanding organizational needs and owning tactical processes to enable their colleagues to do their best work. Someone who moves forward in a thoughtful, detail-oriented manner. Someone that is a tech-savvy, critical thinker who consistently achieves results.



The HR Generalist will assist with HR administrative functions, such as the following but not limited to:

* Coordinate recruitment/onboarding appointments

* HRIS maintenance/data entry

* Pull HR reports

* Provide HR compliance support (I-9's, benefits, tax forms) via PEO as needed

* Provide admin support for team meetings

* Provide record keeping support organizing

* Other ad hoc projects as needed

Required Skills & Experience

* 4+ years of experience in HR/People Operations

* Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Proficiency in HRIS and HR analytics

* Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office Suite and Google Suite
